Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 21, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of CRAISEE, including prompts, uploads, generated outputs, showcases, and marketing materials. Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or account termination. You must comply with this policy when using the Service.
1. No Sexual or NSFW Content
You must not generate, request, upload, distribute, or promote sexually explicit, nude, sexually suggestive, or pornographic content. This prohibition applies to all surfaces, including private generations, public galleries, and paid tiers.
2. No Face-Swap or Deepfake Abuse
You must not create, operate, market, or monetize face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation tools/services through CRAISEE. You must not impersonate real people or produce synthetic media that infringes portrait, personality, privacy, or other rights.
3. No Safety-Filter Circumvention
You must not attempt to bypass safety controls through prompt manipulation, euphemisms, coded language, image manipulation, chaining techniques, reverse engineering, or any other method intended to evade restrictions.
4. Content Moderation Requirement
If you build workflows, templates, or automations on top of CRAISEE, you must maintain robust moderation controls and use them consistently. Disabling or weakening moderation to enable prohibited content is not allowed.
5. Marketing and Showcase Restrictions
You must not advertise or imply NSFW capability, including terms or messaging such as uncensored, no-filter, unfiltered generation, NSFW, or 18+ generation. Examples and showcases must remain compliant with this Policy.
6. Legality and Third-Party Rights
You must comply with all applicable laws and must not use the Service to violate intellectual property rights, personal data rights, portrait rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in prompt blocking, output removal, account restrictions, suspension, termination, payout holds, or reporting to competent authorities where required by law or policy.
8. Reporting and Contact
If you identify policy-violating use, contact us at support@craisee.com. We may request additional details for review and compliance investigation.
