Notice of Change in Service Operator, Transfer of Personal Information, and Updated Terms
Hello, Thank you for using CRAISEE. We are writing to inform you of an important change regarding the company that operates CRAISEE. Under an agreement dated September 28, 2026 for the transfer of the CRAISEE business, the operator of the CRAISEE service has changed from FluxAI Asia Inc. to SOUTH POLE Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea. Your personal information has accordingly been transferred to SOUTH POLE. We are notifying you of this transfer in accordance with Article 27 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws, together with updates to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. How you use CRAISEE will not change. Your account, subscription, credits, and saved content remain as they are, and no action is required on your part. 1. SOUTH POLE will use the transferred information only for the purposes for which it was originally collected and will retain it for the periods stated in the existing Privacy Policy. 2. If you do not want your personal information transferred If you do not want your personal information transferred to SOUTH POLE, you may delete your account or request deletion of your personal information at any time. - Delete your account: Sign in and delete your account from the Account Settings page - Request by email: From the email address registered to your account, send an email to support@craisee.com with the subject "Objection to Personal Information Transfer." After verifying your identity, we will process your request and notify you of the result within 10 days of receipt. We will promptly delete your personal information upon request. However, account registration information is deactivated for 14 days after your deletion request to prevent misuse and then deleted, and information we are required by law to retain (e.g., contract and payment records, kept for five years) is stored separately and deleted when the retention period ends. If you have a paid subscription, you may first cancel it to stop future charges, use the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for and your remaining credits, and then delete your account. Please note that any remaining credits will expire when you delete your account and deleted content cannot be recovered, so please download any outputs you wish to keep beforehand. Refunds for paid services are handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law. 3. Updates to the Terms of Service - Reason: Change of service operator - Key changes · The contracting party changes from FluxAI Asia Inc. to SOUTH POLE Co., Ltd. · Business information (company name, address, business registration number, etc.) is updated accordingly - Effective date: September 28, 2026 for new members; November 9, 2026 for existing members - Full revised Terms: https://craisee.com/en/terms Important: For existing members, the revised Terms apply from November 9, 2026, and the previous Terms continue to apply until then. If you continue to use CRAISEE without telling us that you object before November 9, 2026, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may terminate your agreement by deleting your account as described in Section 2 before that date. 4.
